My 6th and final walk. 14 people joined for all or part of the walk and it was sensational. The wind on top was SO strong...but the views were wonderful. All done with the walks now until Movember 2018.

It was something of a blizzard on top of La Dole for this last, the fifth Movember 2017 Walk and Talk. But it was a lot of fun and we got a great sense of achievement when we got back to the car 12 hours and 20 mins after leaving at 7am in the morning!

My fourth Movember Walk & Talk!!! It was great...a more reflective walk than the celebration of the Global Relay on Nov 15th. Five Mo Bros made it to the top with me, and we had seven Mo Sistas and another Mo Bro with a little three year old join for some of the way. It was also my Inaugural Movember Global Relay and I had more than 200 people walk with me all around the world. So inspiring! As well as the FB Live we did on the top of the mountain, I made one on the way up. I hooked up with Michael Pescott in Oz who will start the first leg of our Global Relay next week. It worked really well until the phone collapsed because of the cold weather! Next week we'l have Oris people with us plus two fine folk from Movember Foundation as we roll out that Global Relay. Will you walk with me? It's going to be fun!

My Move was fantastic! It was the second of my Movember 2017 Walk & Talk hikes up the mountain (La Dole) from the Lake near Nyon. We had snow on top and no visibility but it was nonetheless sensational. Three hardy souls (two Mo Bros and one Mo Sista) joined me to the top and two Mo Sistas walked with me some of the way. We were a great team!

I've attached FB LIVE video we did from the top! It was a lot of fun.

Now I'm getting ready for next week's Global Relay. I hope that at least 100 people will walk with me all around the world! Wouldn't that be sensational as we work to raise money and awareness for the Movember Foundation?

My MOVE was a sensation. I walked from Lac Leman near Nyon in Switzerland all the way to the top of a mountain 22km away and then I walked all the way back. I walked up 1,472m altitude over the walk...and then back down again. I have sore feet tonight but I'm happy
