We're Scotty P and Scotty W, two Aussie mates and we love walking and talking together in Nature. We love it when people join us too and we reckon it's a great way to stay fit and stay connected to what's important. We believe in the work of the Movember Foundation and want to do all we can to support it.

G'day everybody and welcome to "The Scotts" MoSpace. I'm Scott Poynton - Scotty P, the handsome fella on the left in our photo above - and you might be here because you've supported my Movember adventures in the past. And you know Finn, the hairy fella, bottom right and my keen walking buddy. The other fella? That's Scott Williams - Scotty W! Scott's an Aussie too and a massive runner. He walks with me on my annual Movember treks and last year as we headed up La Dole, we dreamed up a new challenge for 2018.

It’s M184.life and it means LOTS of walking. We’ll post more info here but this year it's going to be BIG!

See ya,

Scotty P

My 6th and final walk. 14 people joined for all or part of the walk and it was sensational. The wind on top was SO strong...but the views were wonderful. All done with the walks now until Movember 2018.

It was something of a blizzard on top of La Dole for this last, the fifth Movember 2017 Walk and Talk. But it was a lot of fun and we got a great sense of achievement when we got back to the car 12 hours and 20 mins after leaving at 7am in the morning!

We had a load of snow on the Fifth Movember walk and talk this year and some good friends joined me all the way to the top. Here's the first of two FB Lives videos we shot on Dec 29th, our last full 45km walk up the mountain for this Movember

Scott, thanks for the amazing job so far. But the leaderboard only closes on December 7th at 11pm, so there's still some time left to raise the bar. Good luck on the last stretch, literary :)

My Fifth and final long walk and talk this Movember. Joined by 17 wonderful souls, six who made it all the way to the top, we trudged up through loads of snow, blizzards and wind but we had a great time. One "short" 28km walk to go this Saturday.

My fourth Movember Walk & Talk!!! It was great...a more reflective walk than the celebration of the Global Relay on Nov 15th. Five Mo Bros made it to the top with me, and we had seven Mo Sistas and another Mo Bro with a little three year old join for some of the way. Now gearing up for the 5th walk next Wednesday...going to be in snow...AND I've added a 6th Walk on Saturday Dec 2nd!

Here's another FB Live video we did...this was the second one of the day...after we'd walked 8.5km from the Lake we arrived in Gingins, the village where I live. So many people joined us there that the video kept getting longer. But it's fun...hope you enjoy it!

How about this for a view? This is what we saw yesterday from the top of La Dole.

My MOVE was sensational!! It was my 3rd Movember 2017 Walk & Talk and we had more than 40 souls join me. It was also my Inaugural Movember Global Relay and I had more than 200 people walk with me all around the world. So inspiring! I have so many pics...but I chose this one from the top of La Dole...with the team! I'll post another photo or two as a normal post on my page. THANKS so much to everyone who joined me!

My Move was fantastic! It was the second of my Movember 2017 Walk & Talk hikes up the mountain (La Dole) from the Lake near Nyon. We had snow on top and no visibility but it was nonetheless sensational. Three hardy souls (two Mo Bros and one Mo Sista) joined me to the top and two Mo Sistas walked with me some of the way. We were a great team!

I've attached FB LIVE video we did from the top! It was a lot of fun.

Now I'm getting ready for next week's Global Relay. I hope that at least 100 people will walk with me all around the world! Wouldn't that be sensational as we work to raise money and awareness for the Movember Foundation?

My MOVE was a sensation. I walked from Lac Leman near Nyon in Switzerland all the way to the top of a mountain 22km away and then I walked all the way back. I walked up 1,472m altitude over the walk...and then back down again. I have sore feet tonight but I'm happy
