Motivation

We partner with Movember because we love what Movember does. Men are precious, women too, but men are a little less good at helping themselves and each other. We want to help men stop dying too young and we want them to live full, love-filled lives. We think that getting out, walking and talking, in Nature is a great way to promote that. So we do a lot of walking! Every step a prayer to keep our loved ones safe.

Beautiful morning run in the fading autumn colours through the forest on the Jura reflecting on all the blokes in my life, particularly those who need a hug. Today is the final day of my mo but my commitment continues. Just over 500 kms of walking/ running for Movember this year has been a pleasure and a life changing experience, for me and hopefully for many others too!
