This November, I invite you to join me in raising awareness and funds for an issue that touches us all: suicide prevention. Every minute, we lose a man to suicide. That's over half a million lives lost each year to a tragedy that is preventable. Too many of our brothers, fathers, sons, and friends are 'toughing it out', keeping their struggles to themselves and suffering in silence.

As part of the Movember campaign, I am growing a moustache as a symbol of solidarity and a conversation starter about the mental health crisis among men. I am committed to breaking the silence, challenging the stigma, and driving change.

I believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from sharing our struggles. We are not alone in this fight. I am asking you to join me in this cause, whether by donating, growing your own Mo, or simply by starting a conversation about mental health with the men in your life.
