My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, partners and pals in our lives.
It was spring of 1998, I was 14, my dad 53. That is when he got diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer; given 2-24 month of life expectancy. Him being him, he stuck around for another 4 years. But without a doubt he left much too soon!
That is why I am committed to raising funds for mens health; challenging myself for a full month. Give generously if you can. Get your check-ups. Talk about it, help support someone and their families. Cancer does not discriminate and the earlier it is detected, the better the chances of survival.
Cycling, walking and boxing all month long for a good cause and proudly representing Fortinet Switzerland - our very first Movember participation!!
Challenge is 5 days a week i have to complete one of the following:
- Indoor cycle 10km
- Brisk walk outdoors 45mins
- 30mins Boxing workout
